PANEL
PANEL is the paneled overhead door by De Nardi.
Consisting of insulated sheet metal panels arranged horizontally, it is the ideal solution for more contemporary, minimalist designs or for those seeking excellent thermo-acoustic insulation for their garage.
The panels are jointed through a special rubber gasket that gives total impermeability to both water and air.
The external mantle of PANEL is available in 2 aesthetics (Horizon and Single Line), 3 finishes (smooth, stucco embossed and wood-type) and painted with our standard RAL colors (any RAL color is available upon request).
The interior mantle always features Multi Line aesthetics, stucco-embossed finish and RAL 9010 paint as standard.
The mantle frame is made with the unique 80 mm galvanized steel profile arranged to accommodate the rubber seal and it is always painted to match the outer mantle.
Painting, as for all De Nardi steel garage doors, is performed using baked polyester powders for maximum weather resistance.
PANEL is supplied complete with a YALE-type lock and internal release, readiness for motorization with anti-fall system and anchor bolts.
The Horizon aesthetic features a panel without grooves, while the Single Line aesthetic features a single central horizontal groove. Single Line is the only aesthetic that allows the choice of wood-type finish.

On request a central/lateral pedestrian door can be inserted into the mantle without altering the aesthetic appearance of the overhead door.

AUTOMATION ON BOARD 24V: DE NARDI BY FAAC (RESIDENTIAL USE)
The “Gearmotors Faac DN 24” are installed exclusively on overhead doors De Nardi. Two leading companies that provide a service to the highest of quality and safety. The innovative automation device De Nardi is the thinking mind of the whole system: it manages the speeds to reduce the mechanical stress of the motors and gates; it segnals the archievement of the working cycles limit to require the maintenance; it also deals with the management of a long series of functions, including: lock and unlock buttons, opening by a photocell, reversal of the motor controlled by the anti-crushing rib, photocells, buffer batteries for emergency operation in the event of a power failure.

MULTIFUNCTION ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT DE NARDI
The electronic control unit has a sophisticated detection system of the stress profile and of the automatic adjustment of engine power during the entire cycle of opening and closing, in order to limit the impact forces as provided by current law. To ensure the highest level of security, there are different opening and closing speed, doing it in reduced mode. At the beginning and at the end of the work phases have been provided suitable acceleration and deceleration ramps to limit to a minimum the mechanical stresses to the door and to the motors. It's also provided the appropriate signal of scheduled maintenance to the achievement of predetermined duty cycles. I'ts provided wired, complete with power cable with plug type "Schuco". It has also the possibility of automatic timed closing and engine power control.
