TUBULAR SHUTTER
TUBULAR (Pitch 12 cm)
Made in 18 mm ø weldless tube with small connecting rods, all obtained from galvanised steel strip.
TUBONDA
Made in 14 mm ø electrowelded pipe, it comes in two versions: simple and reinforced.
GRID
Made in 10 mm ø rod, it comes in two versions: simple and reinforced.
All the roller shutters are delivered complete with: slideways, bearings, shaft with springs, screws,anchoring elements and central or side lock.
Manual or electric operation. Rolling shutters are provided custom-tailored.
SHUTTER PLATE
This consists of galvanised steel elements (pitch 11,5 cm), ribbed for maximum strength, is available in 3 thicknesses:
8/10, 10/10 and 12/10. It comes complete with slideways, bearings, shaft with springs, screws, anchoring elements and central or side lock. Manual or electric operation. The plate shutter is supplied to measure.
SHUTTER VERTICAL
This is made with linked vertical galvanised steel elements with hinged joints and is available in two thicknesses (8/10 and 10/10) and two versions for the sliding mechanism (top and bottom). It comes complete with slideways, ball bearings, anchoring rag bolts, recessed handle and lock. The vertical shutter is supplied to measure.
Automation
GEARMOTOR FOR ROLLER SHUTTERS WITH SPRING COUNTERWEIGHTS
The automation is made up of a one-phase reversible gearmotor 220V 50 Hz protected by a heat sensor located in the coil.
It is provided with stop, electromagnetic lock and inner unlocking for manual emergency operation.
CLUTCH-TYPE LATERAL GEARMOTOR FOR SHUTTERS WITHOUT SPRING COUNTERWEIGHTS
Particularly suitable for large shutters and for intensive use. The automation is made up of a three. Phase gearmotor 230/240 V 50 Hz, protected by a heat sensor in the coil. It is supplied with integrated fall-prevention system and eletro-mechanical stops.
In case of power failure, the emergency operation is possible by means of the short crank on the motor side.
CE AUTOMATION - THE FOLLOWING COMBINATION IS COMPULSORY
OPENING WITH MAN ATTENDING: Automation - one-phase electronic control unit - key selector.
AUTOMATIC OPENING: Automation - electronic control unit door- four-channel transmitter - rubber squeezing protection - flash light - antidrug system - lift - proof system (only for roller grilles).
